Consular services

As Luxembourg is not represented by an embassy in Kazakhstan, Luxembourg nationals can contact Belgian diplomatic and consular missions if necessary, in accordance with the 1965 agreement with Belgium on consular cooperation.

In addition, in accordance with the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU), every citizen of an EU Member State is entitled to protection by the diplomatic and consular authorities of any Member State, under the same conditions as the nationals of that State, in countries where the State of which they are a national is not represented.

Applying for a long-stay visa (National Visa D)

Applications for long-stay visas (national visa D) should be addressed to the Consulate of Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in Moscow.
